Elaine de Souza

Elaine de Souza was born in Brazil and is now living in Gothenburg. She provides courses, workshops and teacher trainings in yoga, hand balancing and movement coaching.
Elaine has a background as a dancer and choreographer but has shifted to yoga with hand balancing as her specialty. She is also educated in pedagogy at the University of Gothenburg, and in specialized massage therapist-fascial work. She has worked with Europe's most successful training chains and sponsors and has developed a number of successful concepts and event classes. She has traveled and presented classes, workshops and courses internationally for over 20 years.
