Jenny Koos, also known as Vulverine, is a sexual health advisor with a solid education and 15 years of experience in women's health. She is a public debater, author, international lecturer, and educator, focusing on helping women understand their bodies.

Jenny’s main area of expertise is fertility awareness, an umbrella term for a number of methods that involve tracking scientifically recognized biomarkers that change throughout the menstrual cycle. This allows women to read their fertile and infertile signs in real time and make informed choices.

Since 2018, she has been part of the faculty at Justisse College International, home of the world’s most in-depth training program for fertility awareness educators (the Justisse Method), with students from all over the world. In 2022, Jenny’s first book, Fertilitetsförståelse (published by Domeratzky Förlag), was released, and a follow-up is currently in the works.

As an instructor of the Justisse Method, she is also a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, meaning she is trained not only to teach women to understand their cycles but also to support them in improving their hormonal health. With hundreds of clients and thousands of analyzed menstrual cycle charts, she has seen and studied nearly every kind of cycle pattern and hormonal connection.

Through her work, Jenny offers consultations, workshops, and lectures on topics such as the menstrual cycle and hormonal balance, fertility and contraception, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

Jenny is active on Instagram under the name @vulverinekoos, where she shares her knowledge and experience, as well as reflections on feminism and life in a female body. For English-speaking followers, there is also the account @vulverine.
