Dynamic breath meditation
20 min Breathing meditation Intermediate with Amir Jaan
About this session
A dynamic breathing meditation using the Christ mudra. This is a dynamic variation of Expanding the wisdom meditation . Using your fingers, synchronized with breath, called the breath of fire, you can create energy that can circulate after the practice.
Amir starts to explain the philosophy behind the mudra and how to practice it, after that you do the practice together. At the end, Amir explains a few variations that you can do to close the meditation if you do it on your own. It's recommended having some experience of breathing practices. If you are new to this, be mindful and listen to yourself.
